Stir-fried spaghetti (黑椒牛柳炒意粉) sounds fusion? Yes, it sure does! It is a very popular dish in Hong Kong and you can find it in many local Hong Kong restaurants. It's basically a quick stir fry dish with any meat you like. You can even switch it with shrimp, chicken or even just vegetable. This quick 15-minutes meal is sure a meal-in-one.
(Serves 4)
1 lb Beef
1 lb Spaghetti
2 Green Onion
½ Onion
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
Steps:
- Cook spaghetti according to package direction until al dente
- Cut beef into thin strips
- Cut green onion and onion into thin strips
- Mixed dark soy, oyster sauce, sugar in a bowl, set aside
- Heat the wok or pan and stir fry the beef until cooked, remove and set aside
- In the same wok/pan, add some oil and stir fry the onion
- Add cooked spaghetti into the pan, then add the cooked beef
- Finally toss with the sauce and add black pepper
