Hello Kitty Coconut Pudding

This Hello Kitty coconut pudding is so cute that kids and adults all love it.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups       Coconut Milk
1/2 cup            Milk
1 cup               Sugar
2 envelope      Plain Gelatin
2 drops            Red, yellow and black food coloring

Tools:
Hello Kitty jelly mold
Toothpicks

Steps:

1. Sprinkle gelatin into milk until dissolved
2. Heat up the milk and add sugar
3. Mix gelatin mixture into coconut milk and let it cool
4. Put some coconut mixture in 3 small bowl then add food coloring: yellow, black and red
5. Carefully drop the different color mixture into the slots for the eyes, nose and bow
6. Refrigerate the molds until all the colored portions are set
7. Pour the rest of the plan coconut mixture into molds and refrigerate until set
