Sometimes I just want a quick lunch but don't feel like having sandwich or instant noodle. Today I was sorting out my pantry and found out I have a jar of satay sauce and some pasta. I then decided to make this simple HK style satay beef with spaghetti for lunch.
Ingredients:
8 oz Beef
1 pk Spaghetti
4 Tbsp Satay Sauce
2 Green Onion
1/2 Onion
1/2 Bell Pepper
1 cup Chicken Stock
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp Water

Ingredients:

Method:
- Cook the spaghetti per package instruction, then drain the water and set aside
- Heat up the pan, add cooking oil and saute beef, onion, bell pepper and green onion until cooked
- Add satay sauce and chicken stock into the pan with the beef
- Add cornstarch into water and mix well, then put into the satay beef
- Cook until the sauce is thicken
- Pour the satay beef with sauce onto the spaghetti, then serve hot.
