Kids love it! Simple delicious California Rolls that you can easily make at home.
1 cup Medium Grain Rice
2 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1/2 Avocado
1 Imitation Crab Meat
1 Nori (seaweed)
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Method:
- Ingredients:
1 cup Medium Grain Rice
2 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1/2 Avocado
1 Imitation Crab Meat

Method:
- Cook rice according to the package instruction. Usually rice to water ratio is 1:1
- When rice is done, transfer to a large bowl and cut in seasoned rice vinegar using a spatula or wooden spoon
- Let rice cool completely
- Put the sushi rolling mat in a ziplock bag. This way your sushi won't stick to the bamboo mat.
- Cut nori in half, spread sushi rice on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Turn it over onto the rolling mat so now the nori side is facing you
- Slice the avocado in to thin slices and put 2-3 slices on the nori
- Then put the imitation crab meat on top
- Start rolling the nori with crab meat away from you into a tight log
- Remove the rolling mat and cut the California rolls into pieces
