Ingredients:
3 Eggs (separate the whites and yolks)
3 tsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Milk
3 Tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Butter

Method:
- Separate egg whites and yolks in 2 mixing bowl
- Mix egg yolks with flour, milk and vanilla extract
- In a clean mixing bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy
- Add sugar into egg white and beat until stiff peak
- Gentle fold the egg yolk mixture into egg white
- Heat up a non-stick pan or a griddle on low heat
- Brush with butter
- Divide the batter into 6 pancakes (around the size of tennis ball)
- Cook each side for about 2 minutes
Serve hot with your favorite jam or chocolate sauce topped with whipped cream
