Ingredients:
1 pkg Egg Tofu (or any soft tofu)
1 cup Snow Peas
1 cup Shrimps (or any seafood)
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Ginger
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp Water
Method:
- Cut tofu into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Place on heatproof dish and steam for 5 minutes. Since tofu is already cooked, this is just basically reheating it. You can even put it in microwavable container and heat it up for 30 seconds.
- Heat up a wok or pan, stir fry the ginger, garlic, shrimp and snow peas.
- Pour in chicken stock and season with salt, soy sauce and sugar.
- To thicken the sauce: after the shrimp is cooked, mix together cornstarch and water, then pour into the stir fry
- It's done with the sauce is thickened.
- Pour the stir fried pea and shrimps on tofu and serve hot.
