Mango Jello

Dessert is Served!  Who doesn't love this pretty and yummy dessert with just simple ingredients


Ingredients:

2 lbs                    Frozen Mango Chunks
2 envelopes         Plain Gelatin
1 cup                   Mango Nectar

Steps:

  1. Puree the mango chunks in a blender until smooth
  2. Sprinkle the plain gelatin into the mango nectar in a microwave safe bowl, then heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until all gelatin is dissolved
  3. Mix the gelatin mixture to the mango puree
  4. Pour mixture into molds and refrigerate until set
