Ingredients:
2 lbs Frozen Mango Chunks
2 envelopes Plain Gelatin
1 cup Mango Nectar
Steps:
- Puree the mango chunks in a blender until smooth
- Sprinkle the plain gelatin into the mango nectar in a microwave safe bowl, then heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until all gelatin is dissolved
- Mix the gelatin mixture to the mango puree
- Pour mixture into molds and refrigerate until set
