This steamed spareribs dish is very easy to make. The rice noodle at the bottom absorbed all the sauce and it's super yummy.
Ingredients:
1 lb Spareribs cut into small pieces
3 Tbsp Fermented Black Bean Sauce
2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 pack Flat Rice Noodle
Method:
- Thoroughly clean the spareribs under running water
- Mixed the spareribs with the fermented black bean sauce, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight)
- Line the bottom of the heat proved dish with rice noodle
- Put the marinated spareribs on top of the rice noodle and steam for 15 minutes or until spareribs are cooked through
