Ingredient:
2 lb Beef Tendon (cut into 2 inch pieces)
5 slices Ginger
2 Green Onion
1 whole Garlic
Water (enough to cover all the beef tendon)
Sauce:
2 Tbsp Sichuan Chili Oil
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Method:
- In a heavy pot, boil water with ginger, green onion and garlic
- Add beef tendon into water and cook until tender (about 2 hours)
- In a small bowl, mix together sichuan chili oil, soy sauce and sesame oil
- Add the cooked beef tendon into the sauce and mix well
- Put the beef tendon in the refrigerator and cool overnight
- When ready to eat, top with sesame seeds
