Miso Ramen

Making miso ramen is easier than you thought.   Here's a simple way of making a delicious miso ramen right at the comfort of your own kitchen.


Ingredients: (make 4)

4 cup     Chicken Stock
4 cup     Water
1 piece   Kombu (Japanese Kelp) 
1 cup     Dried bonito flakes
3 Tbsp   Miso paste
              Your favorite Japanese ramen

Method:
  1. In a pot, soak the kombu in water and bring it to a boil.  Add bonito flakes and turn off the heat.  Let it soak for about 15 minutes
  2. Take out the kombu and drained the soup into a clean pot
  3. Bring the soup to a boil and then add miso
  4. Cook your favorite ramen according to the package instruction
  5. Put cooked ramen into a bowl then pour in the miso soup
  6. Top with your favorite toppings like Japanese Chashu, eggs and vegetable then serve hot.
Meal is ready!
