Ingredients:
1 cup Cooked Rice
1/2 cup Cooke Chicken (or any meat you like)
1/3 cup Cabbage
1/2 cup Kimchi
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Korean Gochujang (Korean Pepper Paste)
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Tortilla
Salt & Pepper
Method:
- In a hot pan, stir fry the cooked rice and egg until hot and combined
- Add chicken into the pan the stir fried together with the fried rice
- Mixed in Korean Gochujang and soy sauce, then add salt and pepper to taste
- In a clean pan, heat up the tortilla
- Put the tortilla onto a plate or flat surface
- Put fried rice, cabbage and kimchi onto the the tortilla then roll into a burrito
